(2) Check the brake brake and working brake of the winch. The brake belt must be complete without cracks. The residual thickness should not be less than 3ITlIn. The copper or aluminum rivet should not be ground. The surface of the brake wheel should be smooth and flat, without obvious groove marks and no sludge. All bolts, pins, shafts, tie bolts, back caps, limit bolts, etc. shall be complete and complete; after the brakes are applied, the position of the brakes shall be above the horizontal line, and the working stroke of the integrated block brake brakes shall not exceed the full stroke. 3/4 should be locked.
(3) Inspection of Steel Wire Rope: no bending, hard injury, knotting and severe corrosion are required. The diameter meets the requirements. The broken wire does not exceed the limit. It should be arranged neatly on the drum, without serious biting and climbing rope; exceeds a predetermined allowed rope capacity; safety rope diameter should be the same as the diameter of the main rope, and are firmly attached; rope end connecting means shall comply with the "coal mine safety rules"; winch rope guard plate should be reliable.
(4) Check the control switch of the winch, the control button, motor, electric bell, etc. should have no detonation phenomenon; the signal must have both sound and light, the sound is clear, accurate and reliable.
(5) When the empty car starts, there should be no abnormal noise and vibration, no oil smashing phenomenon.
(6) Through the above inspections, it is found that the problem must be reported to the superior, and the vehicle can be driven after being processed.
2. Start
(1) After hearing clear and accurate signals, first turn on the red light to alert the pedestrians; brake the brakes and release the working brakes to start the winch in the direction of the signal command.
(2) Slowly press the working brake lever, and slowly release the brake brake lever to make the winch roller rotate slowly, accelerate the acceleration smoothly, and finally press the working brake lever to release the brake brake to reach the normal running speed.
(3) The operator must operate behind the rope guard. It is strictly forbidden to operate on the side of the winch or in front of the drum; it is strictly forbidden to drive with one hand and climb the rope with one hand.
(4) When the mining vehicle is lowered, the motor must be reversed, and the hooking machine should be matched with the hook. The rope should not be loosened with the trolley, so as to avoid the car from changing the slope point, suddenly accelerate the collapse of the steel wire rope, and it is not allowed to run without electricity. car.
(5) It is forbidden to brake the two brakes at the same time to prevent the motor from being burnt.
(6) In case of difficulty in starting, the cause should be ascertained, and then driving after driving, it is not allowed to start.
3. Run
(1) During winch operation, the winch operator should concentrate on the signal, observe the wire rope, and keep the hand off the brake. If you receive an unknown signal, stop immediately and find out the reason.
(2) The operator must not talk to others during the operation of the winch.
(3) Pay attention to the situation of each part of the winch. If the following conditions are found, it is necessary to stop immediately and take measures to be processed before proceeding.
1 has abnormal noise, odor, and abnormality;
2 The wire rope is abnormally beating, the load is increased, or it is suddenly slack;
3 stable winch pillars are loose;
4 There are serious biting ropes and climbing ropes;
5 The motor runs in one direction or smokes;
6 Sudden power outage or other dangers.
4. Parking
(1) Close to the parking position, first brake the brakes slowly, and gradually release the working brakes to slow down the winch. After hearing the parking signal, brake the brakes, release the working brakes, stop and power off.
(2) On the mining truck, after the car has passed the upper end of the slope, the operator should stop the parking accurately. It is forbidden to over-roll or stop parking.
(3) After normal parking (refer to stop operation for a long time), the red light should be removed; when the operator leaves the post, the power supply starter must be powered off and locked.
5. Other requirements
(1) Overloading trailers, hooks, and brakes are strictly prohibited. Pedestrians are strictly prohibited when driving.
(2) The mine car is off the road and it is forbidden to use the winch to pull the reset.
(3). When the vehicle stays in the inclined lane due to handling accidents or other reasons, the driver should concentrate on the signal, the hand does not leave the brake, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the post; if the rope is needed to handle the accident, the construction personnel must take measures. (4) If construction is carried out in inclined lanes, or when transporting brackets and extra-long and oversized objects, special lifting measures shall be formulated to ensure safety.
